Customised product adaptation

For the further development and adaptation of our products to specific requirements of our customers, we use two-dimensional and three-dimensional CAD systems (AutoCAD and Cadia).

Special requirements with respect to the mounting elements, dimensions, adaptation to special rail geometries, sleeper shapes or partial adaptation to available system components are put into practice in close co-operation with the engineering departments of our customers.

Basic tasks are as follows:

• adaptation of existing systems to special rail geometries and/or sleeper shapes, in particular for points
• adaptation of existing systems to special construction situations, such as bridges, expansion devices, et cetera
• upgrading of existing systems by introducing additional elasticity, for example
• restoration of existing old systems by adaptation of new Vossloh components

The close co-operation with our qualified suppliers (ISO 9001 and DB Q1 qualified) enables us to accept the special requests relative to the materials used and/or special components.
