For the simulation of the operating behaviour of the rail fastening systems, own test stands as well as other calculation processes are used, with which the dynamic long-time behaviour is examined, for example.

A number of test stands for dynamic loads of components and systems are used, such as a test stand for the classical repeated load test, on which the operating behaviour of a rail fastening system during the minimum service life is simulated in slow motion.

FEM processes (Ansys) are used to simulate critical load conditions or vibration conditions (intrinsic vibrations, modes) in components, such as tension clamps and angular guide plates.
